Promotion:
- Distribute materials at Erie County and New York State Fairs
- Provide materials for other county fairs on request.
- Exhibit at food service conferences
Producer Education:
- Hold the New York Pork Producers Annual Meeting with Educational speakers
- Organize and coordinate the bi-annual Swine School in conjunction with Cornell university
- Offer the Quality Assurance and environmental Assurance Programs
- Developing a set of odor guidelines for New York State in conjunction with Cornell university
- Working with Pride of New York to promote New York/Hatfield Pork
- Supply technical information to local legislators, Farm Bureau, and newspapers
- Exhibit at Fun on the Farm and Geneva Whale Watch
- Promote pork at Empire Farm Days
Youth
- Sponsor champion market hog trophies for county fairs.
- Organize and administer New York Youth Swine Scholarship Contest at State Fair
- Hold the 4-H Feeder Pig Sale annually

- Pork Check Off
- Pork BBQ at Empire Farm Days
- Bi-Annual Swine School (exhibitor fees and silent auction)
