The New York Pork Producers Cooperative is a group of individuals working together to enhance and promote the profitable production of high quality pork, to increase consumption of pork products and to promote environmental stewardship.
This mission is to be accomplished through the cooperative efforts of NYPP, Allied industries and Cornell Cooperative Extension by:

Offering educational meetings, tours and written material.

Proactively promoting consumption of pork and a positive industry image.

Providing a leadership role for solving industry issues.

Promotion networking for information and services.

Developing and supporting programs that encourage young people to establish careers in the swine industry.

Working to address industry challenges and legislative issues to ensure the best business climate in New York Sate.

Continuing to improve the quality of pork produced in New York State.
